The nature of our services involves extensive legal research, consultations, and work that requires significant time and resources. Once the service is rendered or initiated, it is not possible to reverse the work done, thus making a refund impractical. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on any services.

3. Exceptions

In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the management of Digital Rights Law Firm. Any exception made will be solely based on the situation and circumstances involved, and the final decision rests with the management.

4. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service request, you must notify us in writing. However, cancellation requests after the service has commenced or work has been started are also subject to our No Refund Policy. If you cancel before any work is initiated, you may not be charged, but any applicable processing fees may still apply.
